Cancellation Policy

IV infusion services may be scheduled prior to purchasing an infusion package, however infusion packages must be purchased on our website within 24 hours of scheduling an infusion appointment. Unfortunately due to our commitment to respecting the time of both our other patients/providers and the compounding of vitamins and short expiration dates, full refunds will not be given for any appointments canceled less than 48 hours prior to scheduled appointment time or to clients who fail to show up to an appointment without canceling or rescheduling. Individual appointments canceled at least 48 hours before scheduled appointment time will receive a 50% refund.
