MEET THE TEAM
Leslie Bauerle DNP, FNP-BC
I am board-certified family nurse practitioner with over 15 years of clinical experience. I aim to bring primary care services and wellness education to the home bound population. In addition to managing a wide array of medical conditions, I complete surgical clearances, physical exams, obtain blood work and EKG’s in the comfort of your home.

Jeremiah Petit
Jeremiah has been an integral part of our practice for over two years. He is a Brooklyn native and is in the early stages of pursuing his medical degree. In addition to being the office manager, Jeremiah has recently assumed the role of a medical assistant and aides Dr. Bauerle during concierge visits.
